As part of the Virginia Law Enforcement Professional Standards Commission accreditation process, the Leesburg Police Department is asking the community to take a short survey.

“The survey is a crucial step in our commitment to transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement,” said Leesburg Police Chief Thea Pirnat. “We are dedicated to providing the highest level of service to our community, and we are constantly striving to enhance our practices.”

Your input is crucial in helping the department understand your perspectives and expectations, as well as identifying areas where we can further enhance our services. The survey covers a range of topics, including community engagement, officer professionalism, and overall satisfaction with the police department.

Participating in the survey is simple and will only take a few minutes of your time. Your responses will remain confidential, and the information collected will be used solely to assess the department’s performance and implement positive changes.
