Community meeting Jan. 26 for proposed annexation into the Town of Purcellville

Chuck Kuhn, owner of Purcellville Road, LLC (formerly known as Warner Brook), is holding a community briefing on a proposed annexation into the Town of Purcellville at 6 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 26 in the Library Study Center at Patrick Henry College located at 10 Patrick Henry Circle in Purcellville.

The property, which is located in the Loudoun County, is currently zoned for residential housing—one house per three acres.

The 118.81-acre property is located at 17110 Purcellville Road and is east of Purcellville Road and north of Rt. 7. Kuhn is proposing a light industrial commercial center on the property.
