Bland Named to Lead HVAC Pro Path Program at Appleton Campbell

Appleton Campbell has promoted Ronnie Bland to a new leadership position overseeing the company’s HVAC Pro Path technicians. Bland has been with the company for more than 22 years, working as an HVAC technician.

Well-known and respected by both customers and colleagues, Bland has built a reputation for exceptional workmanship, reliability, and deep technical expertise throughout his career. While many may have expected Bland to begin planning for retirement, Appleton Campbell is honored to share that he has instead chosen to take on this new chapter.

In his new position, he will lead and mentor the next generation of HVAC technicians through the company’s Pro Path program. His transition into this role ensures that his decades of hands-on experience and industry knowledge will continue to benefit both the team and the customers they serve.

“Ronnie has been an integral part of our success for more than two decades,” said Michael Appleton, CEO. “We are incredibly grateful that he is choosing to stay with us, rather than retiring, and invest his knowledge into developing our future technicians. His leadership will strengthen our team for years to come.”

Bland said he is excited to take on the position, noting his enthusiasm for passing along the skills and insights he has gained over his career and helping shape the future of the trade.

This announcement comes as Appleton Campbell celebrates 50 years in business, having marked the milestone in January. The company continues to provide high-quality residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repair and replacement services throughout the region.

Founded in 1976, Appleton Campbell has been serving homeowners for 50 years with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. For more information, go to www.AppletonCampbell.com.
