Claude Moore Competition Pool Closed for Repairs

The competition pool at the Claude Moore Recreation and Community Center is closed until further notice due to an unforeseen mechanical issue.

Loudoun County officials announced the temporary closure and said repairs are underway. No reopening date has been announced.

Residents can check for updates on the status of the competition pool on the Loudoun County website.

Swimmers seeking alternative locations can visit other Loudoun County Parks, Recreation and Community Services aquatic facilities, including:

• Ashburn Recreation and Community Center
• Dulles South Recreation and Community Center
• Franklin Park outdoor pool
• Lovettsville Community Center outdoor pool
• Round Hill Indoor Aquatic Center
