Scavenger hunt Oct. 26 at Chapman DeMary Trail

Come to the Chapman DeMary Trail on Sunday, Oct. 26 at 1 p.m. to find fun facts about creepy, crawly creatures. You’ll get a treat for every fact you find. Then discover critters that may be hiding in the fallen leaves and why they need you to leave the leaves.

Members of the Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy and Virginia Master Naturalists will lead this fun walk. This event is jointly hosted by the Purcellville Parks and Recreation Advisory Board and the Purcellville Tree and Environment Sustainability Committee. Register online to attend: www.purcellvilleva.gov/881/Monthly-Nature-Walks
