Loudoun Free Clinic hosts Annual Boots, Beer & BBQ

Loudoun Free Clinic invites the community to lace up their boots and raise a glass at its annual Boots, Beer & BBQ fundraiser on Sunday, Sept. 14 from 4–8 p.m. Guests will gather for an evening of great food, lively entertainment, and community spirit—all in support of life-changing healthcare services for Loudoun County residents in need.

The event, held in the beautiful historic barn at Riverside on the Potomac, will feature a happy hour and chili tasting, followed by a silent auction, a line dancing lesson, and a mouthwatering dinner catered by Monk’s BBQ. Guests can enjoy beer, wine, and a signature cocktail while dancing the night away to live music from Maria and Marcus of The Reflex.

Last year’s event raised $70,000, directly supporting the Clinic’s mission of providing compassionate, high-quality medical care. This year, the Clinic hopes to match or exceed that milestone, ensuring continued access to healthcare for Loudoun neighbors in need.

“Our patients are hardworking adults ages 19 and older who live throughout Loudoun County and cannot afford healthcare coverage,” said Ashley Hunnicutt, Executive Director, Loudoun Free Clinic.

“Thanks to the generosity of our donors and supporters, we are able to care for more than 1,200 patients every year—and events like Boots, Beer & BBQ make that possible.”

Founded in 1998, Loudoun Free Clinic is funded by grants and donations, with a dedicated team of providers and volunteers committed to delivering care and compassion to the community.
