Leesburg welcomes HOTWORX to the business community

A ribbon cutting was held on Friday, Jan. 12 to celebrate the grand opening of HOTWORX.

The studio offers a unique fitness experience through a virtually instructed exercise program, which allows users to receive the many benefits of infrared heat absorption, while completing a 30-minute Isometric workout or 15-minute High Intensity Interval Training session.

As the infrared heat penetrates your body causing you to sweat, the isometric postures further accelerate detoxification by physically removing the toxins from your organs through muscle contraction.

A variety of fitness programs are available including yoga, Pilates, and cycle classes. Members also have 24-hour access.

“It’s a very big passion for us,” said Owner Helena Welch, adding that the fitness experience has personally helped her family when it comes to their healthy goals. “To bring something to the community that can just help you heal. It’s not about looking a certain way. It’s about making yourself healthy from the inside out.”
