Please fill out a consent form on www.purcellville-pharmacy.com to get an email invitation. The pharmacy is offering the vaccine for 1a and 1b population, as stipulated by the Virginia Department of Health. 

Healthcare and frontline workers are required to show employer ID or healthcare license.

Patients with underlying conditions are required to bring a PCP note to confirm eligibility.

Purcellville Pharmacy is open six days a week and closed on Sunday.
