Loudoun County Board of Supervisors Chair Phyllis J. Randall is scheduled to deliver her annual State of the County address Thursday, May 15. The program will begin at 6 p.m. Chair Randall will deliver the address from the Board Room at the Loudoun County Government Center, 1 Harrison St. SE in Leesburg.

Members of the public may view the address online and on television as well as in person.

There are several options available:

  • Attend in Person
