Public meeting on Rt. 15 Lucketts Bypass set for June 4
Loudoun County is hosting a public input meeting June 4, to gather feedback from the community on the Rt. 15 and Lucketts Bypass project. This meeting is the first step in determining a Rt. 15 Lucketts Bypass alignment.
The Rt. 15 Lucketts Bypass public input meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 4, from 6 to 7:30 p.m., at Smart’s Mill Middle School, Cafeteria, 850 N. King Street, in Leesburg. Onsite parking is available.
At this meeting, the public will learn details about the results of the alignment analysis and the process that will be followed for establishing the alignment. The meeting will also provide an opportunity for feedback on the proposed alignment options that will help the project team in determining recommendations for alignment options. Based on the input gathered at this meeting, the county will host another public meeting in the fall of 2025 for residents to review the recommended alignment options.
Anyone who requires an accommodation for any type of disability or needs language assistance in order to participate in the meeting may call 703-737-8035 or send an email. Three business days’ notice is requested.
Residents may provide input on the proposed alignment options at the meeting, through the online comment form that will be available at loudoun.gov/Route15North after the June 4 meeting or by email at dtci@loudoun.gov with “Route 15 Lucketts Bypass” in the subject line. All comments from the meeting must be received by June 18. For those without access to the internet, comments may be provided by phone at 703-737-8624.
