Loudoun publishes 2025 Apartment Guide

Loudoun County has published the 2025 Loudoun County Apartment Guide and a companion online map. The guide includes information about both market-rate and affordable rental options in Loudoun County and is provided in both English and Spanish. The online map is a searchable directory of the communities contained in the guide, including a search-by-school-zone feature. 

The Loudoun County Apartment Guide includes details about the following:

• Affordable rental properties: Apartment communities with units participating in one of Loudoun County’s affordable housing programs, including the Affordable Dwelling Unit Rental program, Unmet Housing Needs Units program, and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program 
• Accessibility features: Apartment communities with units that have features to accommodate people with disabilities, including accessible elevators, low counters, doorway clearances, cut curbs and more 
• Communities for Older Adults: Apartment communities for older adults only 

Average rent amounts are provided by participating communities and are subject to change. Anyone interested in a community listed in the guide should contact the community directly to discuss pricing, availability and other requirements.
