Leesburg unveils inaugural Flower & Garden Week celebration

Leesburg has announced the launch of its inaugural Flower & Garden Week, which will take place from Saturday, April 13 to Sunday, April 21.

During the week-long event, residents and visitors can look forward to a diverse range of activities and promotions, that highlight the beauty of spring, as the Town prepares for the 34th annual Flower & Garden Festival. At least eighteen local businesses will participate thanks to a collaborative initiative between Leesburg’s Department of Economic Development and Parks and Recreation.

“We are thrilled to introduce Flower & Garden Week to the Leesburg community,” said Allison Wood, Small Business Development & Tourism Specialist of the Department of Economic Development. “This exciting new program not only celebrates the arrival of spring but also showcases the creativity and vibrancy of our local businesses. It’s a fantastic opportunity for residents and visitors to explore all that Leesburg has to offer while preparing for the upcoming Flower & Garden Festival.”

The week-long extravaganza will include garden-themed events, special promotions, and interactive activities for all ages. From garden tours and live music to floral-inspired culinary delights and DIY workshops, there will be something for everyone to enjoy.
