Leesburg man charged with indecent exposure and assaulting law enforcement

The Leesburg Police Department has charged Ariel E. Carrasco Inestroza, 27, of Leesburg, with multiple offenses following an incident that occurred on Friday, April 5.

Officers responded to the unit block of Heritage Way NE, Leesburg, at approximately 9:19 a.m. that morning, for a report of a male who was exposing himself. Upon officers encountering Carrasco Inestroza, he became combative and assaulted an officer. The officer sustained minor injuries.

Carrasco Inestroza was arrested and charged with indecent exposure (3rd or subsequent offense), assault on law enforcement, obstruction of justice, and disorderly conduct. He was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he remains held with no bond.
