LCSO Seeks Assistance in Locating homicide suspect

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Rashaun D. Owens in connection with the investigation of a homicide in Ashburn on Feb. 14. The victim, Michai Dandridge-Carter, 19, of Sterling, suffered a gunshot wound and was pronounced deceased on the scene.

Owens is wanted for 2 nd  Degree Murder, Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony, and Attempted Robbery with a Firearm, and should be considered armed and dangerous. If you know his whereabouts or if you have any information that could lead to his arrest, please contact law enforcement immediately.
