LCSO makes tenth arrest in internet chat operation

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office has made a tenth arrest to conclude its undercover internet chat operation that took place during the week of April 21, 2025.

Kyle James Ross Bultron, also known as Kyle James Ross Ball, 30, of Washington, D.C., was arrested on May 15, and charged with two counts of Use of a Communication Device to Facilitate Certain Offenses Involving Children. He is being held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on no bond.

Each of the ten suspects arrested believed they were communicating with minors for illicit purposes.

“The arrest of a tenth suspect highlights our proactive efforts in identifying and stopping predators who target children online,” said Sheriff Mike Chapman. “I am grateful for the exceptional investigators and partners in bringing these individuals to justice.”

The LCSO encourages parents, guardians, and community members to remain vigilant and educate themselves on internet safety. Helpful resources are available at novadcicac.vsp.virginia.gov and netsmartzkids.org.
