LCSO Charges Juvenile Student with Unlawful Filming

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office has charged a juvenile male pursuant to the unlawful filming investigation involving Freedom High School. 

This remains an active investigation, and at least one additional location where unlawful filming is believed to have occurred has been identified.

Due to the fact this investigation involves a juvenile, no identifying information or details regarding the specific charges will be released.

Detectives have already been in contact with parties directly involved but ask anyone who has not yet been contacted, and who believes they may have been unlawfully filmed, to call the LCSO at 703-777-1021.
