LCSO arrests AVFRD Chief for embezzlement
The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office has arrested Ashburn Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department Chief, William Graham II, 66, of Ashburn, following an investigation into embezzlement of station funds.
LCSO detectives were alerted of the possible embezzlement after Graham made reports to the LCSO about fraudulent charges totaling $2,000 on his AVFRD-issued credit card.
Graham is charged with Embezzlement by a Public Officer. He was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he was released on an unsecured bond.
