Ashburn man arrested for destruction of property incidents

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office has arrested an Ashburn man for three incidents of destruction of property, estimated at approximately $20,000.  

The first incident occurred on Monday, Nov. 27, at approximately 8:16 p.m., at McDonalds, 44131 Ashburn Shopping Plaza in Ashburn.  An employee reported that a male destroyed the electronic menu ordering board at the drive thru. 

The second incident occurred on Tuesday, Nov. 28, at approximately 5:20 a.m., at the Sheetz, 21304 Windmill Parc Drive in Sterling.  An employee reported that a male entered the store, broke a bottle of wine, and hit the front door entrance with a wrench, causing it to shatter. 

Subsequently, at approximately 7:57 a.m., deputies responded to the Chick Fil A, 46920 Community Plaza in Sterling, for a report of a male who broke two glass entrance doors. 

Deputies were able to identify the subject associated with all three incidents as Reyan H. Ibrahim, 25, of Ashburn. Ibrahim was arrested and charged with three counts of Destruction of Property (felony) and transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he is being held on no bond.
