Additional suspect charged in Leesburg felony assault investigation

An additional teenaged juvenile male was taken into custody without incident for his involvement in the July 11 felony assault that occurred in a parking lot of an apartment complex located in the 0 block of Fort Evans Road NE.  The juvenile was served petitions charging him with two counts of aggravated malicious wounding and two counts of gang participation. He is being held at the Loudoun County Juvenile Detention Center.

Through the investigation, it has been determined that the assault appears to have been a targeted attack. No additional suspects are being sought in this investigation.
