Launch Loudoun to Host Small Business Law Workshop

Launch Loudoun will host its next Lunch and Learn program on Tuesday, July 21, focusing on the legal fundamentals of starting and operating a small business.

The free session, “Essentials of Law for Small Business,” is designed for entrepreneurs and small business owners and will provide an overview of key legal topics, including selecting the appropriate business structure, contracts, employment law, intellectual property protection, business licensing and permits, and recognizing when professional legal advice is needed.

The presentation will be led by Wright Lewis of Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig.

The program will be held Tuesday, July 21, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Innovators Room at the Loudoun County Department of Economic Development, 43777 Central Station Drive, Suite 300, Ashburn.
