LCSO arrests Seneca Ridge Middle School teacher assistant

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a Seneca Ridge Middle School teacher assistant for Intoxication in Public while at school.

Brenda Maxwell, 44, of Chantilly, was charged by the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office on Nov. 5.

At approximately 12:25 p.m. on Nov. 5, the LCSO School Resource Officer at Seneca Ridge Middle School was alerted that Maxwell was possibly under the influence in school. The SRO’s investigation resulted in a finding that warranted arrest. Maxwell was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where she was later released on her own recognizance.
