Comment on 2024–2025 Housing Report

The Loudoun County Department of Housing and Community Development invites residents to provide comments on the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER). The public comment period will be open through Monday, Sept. 8. 

The CAPER details how federal funds have been used for programs that address a variety of housing, public service and community development needs. The report covers the performance of the Community Development Block Grant and the HOME Investment Partnerships programs within the county from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025.

The CAPER must be submitted to the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development by Sept. 28.

Residents may view the document online at loudoun.gov/cdbg. Copies of the document are also available to view at the office of the Loudoun County Department of Housing and Community Development, 106 Catoctin Circle SE, Leesburg, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and at Loudoun County Public Library branches during their hours of operation.
