Public input meeting on Rt. 7 West Safety and Operational Study Sep. 25
Loudoun County is hosting a second public meeting to gain input on the Rt. 7 West corridor as part of the Rt. 7 West Safety and Operational Study. The meeting will be held Wednesday, Sept. 25, 6:30 – 8 p.m., at the Bluemont Community Center, 33846 Snickersville Turnpike in Bluemont.
At the Sept. 25 meeting, members of the public will be able to review and provide feedback on short-term recommendations and preliminary concepts of proposed alternatives to improve several intersections located along the corridor.
The study corridor extends approximately 7 miles along Ry. 7 from Rt. 690 (Hillsboro Road) west to
the Clarke County line. The study will identify safety and traffic operational issues and present recommended solutions.
