Ashburn Man arrested for sexual battery of three women

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office has arrested an Ashburn man after separate assaults of three adult females in the Ashburn area on Monday, Dec.11.

The first incident occurred at approximately 1 p.m. A female reported that while walking on the trail near the 23000 block of Virginia Rose Place in Ashburn, a male walked by and inappropriately touched her. 

At approximately 2:30 p.m., deputies responded to the 42000 block of Beaver Crossing Square in Ashburn, for a report of a female who had been assaulted. She reported that while walking in the area a male began to follow her, eventually approaching and inappropriately touching her before walking away.

The third incident occurred at approximately 3:30 p.m. in the 23400 block of Madison Heights Terrace in Ashburn. A female reported that while walking in the area, a man began to follow her and inappropriately touched her.

Deputies were able to identify a suspect and placed him under arrest yesterday.  Ryan D. Cunningham, 20, of Ashburn, was charged with Sexual Battery and transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he is being held on no bond.
