Leesburg parking garage work begins
As work continues on the Town Hall parking garage, motorists in downtown Leesburg are advised that construction work beginning the evening of Sunday, April 9, may impact entering and exiting the parking garage.
The next phase of garage repairs will begin on the Loudoun Street Side of the garage (Level 1B) and impact the Loudoun Street entrance and exit, as well as the upper levels of the garage. When Level 1B work is complete, repairs will shift to Level 1A and impact the Market Street entrance and exit, along with parking on that side of the garage and the lower-level parking. One entrance/exit to and from the garage (either the Loudoun Street or Market Street side) will remain open and traffic will be directed to the appropriate entrance/exit.
Work will be completed ahead of the start of the Flower & Garden Festival on April 15 and 16, The garage will be fully open to the public throughout the event.
We would like to thank the public for their patience and understanding during this disruption. While it is not expected that a significant amount of parking will be impacted during this work, we remind motorists to keep our other downtown parking options in mind, which can be found online at www.leesburgva.gov/visitors/getting-here/downtown-parking.
