Loudoun County Hosts ‘Career Connections’ Employer Panel Discussion July 21

The Loudoun Workforce Resource Center will host “Career Connections,” an employer panel discussion, at 9:00 a.m., Friday, July 21, 2017. The event will take place in the Shenandoah Room of the Shenandoah Building, 102 Heritage Way, N.E. in Leesburg.

The featured employer panelists will share information regarding their organizations, including job openings, job requirements and candidate qualifications.

· Kathy Richardson and George Morelos will represent the Loudoun County Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services, which provides recreational and leisure opportunities, community services, and stewardship of the county’s natural resources to promote a high quality of life for Loudoun’s residents and visitors.

· Daphne Wotherspoon will represent Hire Strategy, which is a full-service professional staffing firm providing contract, direct hire and executive search solutions for employers in the Washington, D.C. area.

· Anne McCallion Cox will represent Wegmans, the supermarket chain with more than 90 stores in the region.

The Career Connections panel discussion provides job seekers the opportunity to network with local employers. The event is free and open to the public. Space is limited and anyone interested in attending is asked to register for the event online at www.eventleaf.com/careerconnect.
